Plain Orders / Orders with No Decoration made before 12 PM AEST will be picked, packed and shipped in 2-5 business days. Delivery time from Shipping is usually 2-10 business days, depending on place of delivery, and can sometimes can take longer.
Can I change or return my item?
You can Exchange a non-decorated item within 7 calendar days of purchase provided the tags and original packing is preserved, and is subject to the Return policy of Printofy. We offer no change of mind exchanges or returns for custom-made goods or goods with decoration like Prints or Embroidery
